Christopher Queen Consulting is the vehicle I use to deliver AI engineering for clients. This section is about the practice itself: how I scope an AI engagement so it ships instead of sprawling, the delivery stack I rely on (Python, TypeScript/Node, AWS), and the reliability patterns I carry over from years building real-time and financial systems.

I work as a forward-deployed engineer: embed with the team, translate ambiguity into a working system, and own the outcome through to production. Whether it’s a full engagement or a short paid pilot, the goal is the same — prove value fast with something that actually runs.
